Welcome to Kalasakhi. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handmade Lipan Art products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. General
Kalasakhi is an online store offering handmade Lipan Art and home décor products. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
2. Product Information
All products available on Kalasakhi are handcrafted. As each item is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, size, pattern, and finish are natural and make every product unique. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, actual product colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings and lighting conditions.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received.
For eligible orders:
- A 50% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order.
- The remaining 50% payment must be paid at the time of delivery, as applicable.
We accept secure online payments through Razorpay and other payment methods available during checkout.
If an order cannot be processed due to incorrect information, payment failure, or product unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Currently, we deliver within India only. International shipping is not available.
6. Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it cannot be cancelled.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
7. Return, Replacement & Refund
Kalasakhi follows a No Return Policy.
Returns are not accepted once a product has been delivered.
A replacement will only be provided if:
- The product arrives damaged during transit.
- You receive an incorrect product.
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
- Product photographs
- Product descriptions
- Logos
- Graphics
- Designs
- Text
- Website content
is the intellectual property of Kalasakhi and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Kalasakhi.
9. User Responsibilities
By using our website, you agree:
- To provide accurate and complete information while placing orders.
- Not to misuse or interfere with the operation of the website.
- Not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
- Not to engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kalasakhi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
11. Force Majeure
Kalasakhi shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
